Despite not contesting the full FIM EWC season anymore, National Motos keeps being one of the most representative teams in the championship. The French squad has been scoring remarkable results in Endurance World Championship since 1971.
NATIONAL MOTOS = HISTORY – National Motos, one of the most important Honda retailers in France, can boast some important achievements. For example, they have contested 46 Bol d’Or editions out of 81 and this year’s 24 Heures Motos du Mans participation will be the 41st in the team’s history. One more important highlight is the win they scored at the 2006 edition of the event held at Le Mans, when their riders were Olivier Four, Daniel Ribalta and Frederic Protat.
THE COMEBACK – In 2017, the yellow-blue-livered team came back to Endurance after a one-year hiatus (2016), as the new Fireblade SP2 machine was launched. The past two seasons were quite difficult for them, but National Motos is ready for 2019 24 Heures Motos du Mans, as they’ll boast a strong rider lineup composed with Emeric Jonchiere, Stephane Egea and new entry Baptiste Guittet (who previously rode in Junior Team LMS Suzuki and Motors Events). May National Motos be the surprise of 2019 Le Mans event?
