Ducati Team is ready to face the second round of the season in Termas de Rio Hondo, Argentina. After a great start of the season, thanks to the amazing victory taken by Andrea Dovizioso in Qatar (while Jorge Lorenzo got a crash caused by a problem at the front brake), the team hopes for another good performance even in South America. ‘Dovi’ got his best result in 2015, a second place, when the Majorcan concluded in 3rd in 2014. The 2017 GP was to forget for both riders, who left Termas de Rio Hondo with a double zero.

“This is an unusual track. Weather conditions change a lot from Friday, when the circuit is really dirty, to Sunday, when the asphalt improves significantly. Last year in Termas de Rio Hondo we struggled, but since then the Desmosedici GP improved a lot. Our main goal is to get a good result also in Argentina!”

“After a disappointing race in Qatar, we tried to understand what happened, but we are also focused on working hard as always. I’m sure we are really close to find the right setting for my characteristics. I’m giving all my effort and I’m sure positive results will come soon, maybe in Argentina. I’m convinced there aren’t favorable or adverse tracks and I’m always thinking about fighting for the victory. Everything is possible in MotoGP: it’s a long-lasting Championship and we just have to be positive.”
