A new exciting MotoGP season is beginning and Dorna have finally released the calendar for 2019. No change has been made since when its provisional version was published some months ago, as there’ll be as many races as in 2018. Dorna tried to include a 20th event in the schedule, but both the two options available (Finland and Mexico) have been discarded. Anyway, Finland seems ready to host a MotoGP event from 2020, as KymiRing is expected to be finished before the end of the year.
2019 MotoGP season will start on 10th March in Qatar, while the second and third GPs of the year will take place once again in Argentina and the USA. Then, the next 11 events will be hosted in Europe. After Aragon GP, the championship will fly to Asia to race in Thailand, Japan, Australia and Malaysia. Then, as usual, the grand finale will take place in Valencia (17th November).
