MotoGP: Has Jorge Lorenzo started 2019 with an injury?

Jorge Lorenzo was hospitalized in Italy, more precisely in Peschiera del Garda (close to Verona). The MotoGP front runner started suffering pain in one hand and so a man and a woman took him to Clinica Pederzoli.

The Spaniard has been released from the clinic today and now he’s going back to Spain for further examination. The two people who had accompanied him to the clinic have been forbidden to make statements about it. According to the first reports, the Spaniard seems to have suffered a small injury in his scaphoid. However, there’s no information about which hand has been injured, as well as about what happened to Lorenzo.
