Youthstream have shared the official entry list of 2019 MXGP opening round, scheduled on 2nd and 3rd March in Argentina. MXGP of Patagonia has been part of Motocross World Championship calendar since 2015 and last year’s edition saw Jeffrey Herlings defeating Antonio Cairoli.
The first round of 2019 season will enjoy one of the most high-level fields seen during the last few years. The main favourites are, of course, Jeffrey Herlings and Antonio Cairoli, aiming respectively for fifth and tenth World Championship title.
Tim Gajser, Clement Desalle and Romain Febvre are the ones who’ll try to keep the pace of Red Bull KTM Factory pair , who’s been dominating MXGP for two season. An eye has to be kept on 2017 MX2 World Champion Pauls Jonass, set to debut in MXGP with Kimi Raikkonen’s Husqvarna Factory Team.
