WSLA: Montecarlo’s Oscars of Sports, how to be there

Corsedimoto.com is the official media partner of the 3rd edition of Monaco’s World Sports Legends Award. Thanks to this partnership, some of our readers can be protagonists of the upcoming WSLA. The event will take place at the Salle d’Or of the Fairmont Hotel (in Montecarlo) on December 8th, 2018 starting at 8 PM with the red carpet cocktail, followed by the dinner, the gala-show and the actual red carpet.

This event has been created to talk about sport and its values, but also to share stories with well-known champions, helped by an international artist, the dancer Lorena Baricalla. She will perform on the prestigious stage of the “Salle d’Or de Fairmont”. As for previous editions, professional riders to receive the award were Giacomo AgostiniMick DoohanCarl Fogarty; while for professional drivers the award was given to Mika Häkkinen, Jacky Ickx and many more.

This year, the three-times World Champion Fast Freddy Spencer will be awarded the WSLA and Doctor Claudio Costa will be given the prestigious  “WSLA Best Values for Community Support”, as he was one of the best interpreters of the riding spirit. Here you are the complete list of the 2018 WSLA:

Ayrton Senna, WSLA Posthumous Award, (Brasil, Formula 1, 3 times World Champion and  Sari award given by the Senna family)
Freddie Spencer, WSLA, (United States, MotoGP, 3 times World Champion)
