Saturday morning’s Free Practice at Brno finished with Alex Lowes on top of the standings. The British Pata Yamaha rider performed a lap in 1’59.255 midway the session and finally he was able to beat Jonathan Rea by just 10 milliseconds (1’59.265). In any case, Rea is the n. 1 favourite for the win, as he showed a great pace during Friday sessions.
Behind Lowes and Rea, third place for Tom Sykes, followed by Aruba.it Racing Ducati Italian duo Marco Melandri and Michael Rinaldi. Donington King Michael van der Mark ranked sixth, followed by Chaz Davies, Leon Camier, Eugene Laverty and Toprak Razgatlioglu. The Turk Puccetti Kawasaki rider, on the podium at Donington in Race 2, struggled a lot in the first three sessions, but in FP4 he was almost one second faster than yesterday.
