Markus Reiterberger is ready for the fourth win. After dominating Free Practice sessions, the German rider took an easy pole position at the end of Qualifying Practice and it looks like he will easily win the race as well.
“Reiti” took the lead in the early stages with a lap in 2’01.000 and then he improved till reaching 2’00.855. Alpha Racing-Van Zon-BMW’s German star was half a second faster than Aprilia rider Maximilian Scheib (2’01.357) and BMW Berclaz Racing’s Roberto Tamburini (2’01.421). “Tambu” achieved first-row start with a good final attack, but he will have to work hard, if he wants to join Reiterberger in championship ranking. We remind you that the German is leading the standings with 86 points, ten more than Tamburini.
Behind the first-row trio, Florian Marino ranked fourth. The French URBIS MotoXRacing Yamaha will open the second row in front of Luca Vitali and Federico Sandi (the latter crashed at Turn 10 just before the chequered flag). Jan Bühn, Alessandro Delbianco, Gabriele Ruiu and Riccardo Russo close the top 10.
